Helicopter Rescue Basket with Modified Lift Point

Helicopter Rescue Basket with Modified Lift Point

This is the collapsible 495 basket with a modified lift point. The change reduces how much clearance the basket needs to come in through the helicopter door, which helps on aircraft with low door openings or tight cabin entry.

Key Features:

• Modified lift point needs less clearance to bring the basket in through the door
• Collapses to take up 55% less space than the Compact Basket (499-B)
• Tubular stainless steel frame with 1/2" nylon webbing sides
• Plastic mesh bottom liner
• Built-in flotation that self-rights and gives reserve buoyancy
• Float covers with safety pictograms and high-intensity reflective markings
• Comes with a heavy-duty 1050 denier ballistic nylon storage case and tie-strap
